Template Details

admin-theme is a responsive admin dashboard layout template written in HTML with Bootstrap, jQuery and Sass; the repository is a free version under the MIT license. The template manages dependencies via npm and provides scripts for starting a development server and deploying to GitHub Pages, making it suitable as a starting point for admin interface layouts.

According to the README and repository materials, the template primarily addresses the page structure of admin data interfaces, includes responsive layouts, and offers an online demo on GitHub Pages. The project was created in 2020 and last updated in August 2020; no further feature modules, component lists, or browser compatibility notes are provided.

Before use, note: the development command in the README contains a typo (`num run start:dev` should be `npm run start:dev`); when deploying, replace the homepage field in package.json with your own GitHub username. The template itself does not include a backend, database, or business logic; the licenses for third-party assets such as demo images, fonts, and icons must be verified separately.

Getting started & customization

Use these recorded setup notes alongside the repository instructions for your chosen version.

  1. 1

npm must be installed in advance, then run npm install in the project directory to install dependencies

  2. 2

The command to start the development server in the README is written as `num run start:dev`, but it should actually be `npm run start:dev`

  3. 3

Before deploying to GitHub Pages, replace alandsilva26 in the homepage field of package.json with your own GitHub username

  4. 4

Licenses for third-party assets such as demo images, fonts, and icons must be verified separately; they cannot be judged solely by the code's MIT license

How this score is calculated

Our heuristic uses license records (up to 30), a demo link (12), a preview (10), stars (15), recorded maintenance (15), description completeness (8), feature records (5) and classification data (5). It is not a code, security or performance test, or a Google score. A link does not establish tested functionality.

A demo link is listed. Check it with your own content and viewport sizes; its presence does not confirm that forms, authentication or payments work.

The catalog identifies HTML as the primary stack. Check the actual dependency manifest and lockfile for versions and hosting requirements. These notes use recorded metadata, not a code audit or a deployment test.
