Provides a web manifest and an offline-first service worker, installable as a PWA

06

Property, lead, viewing and favourites data is stored in localStorage

Template Details

This template provides real estate website interfaces as static HTML, with 15 HTML pages in the repository root. The public section includes a portal homepage (featured properties, search bar, neighbourhood recommendations), a property listing page (filter by type, price, bedrooms, area and city, with sorting), a property detail page (image gallery, amenities, map area, agent card and contact form), a favourites page (data stored in localStorage), plus about, contact, login, register and password recovery pages. The back office includes a broker dashboard (properties, leads, viewing counts and charts), property management (create, edit, status changes), lead management (source, stage, follow-up), a viewing schedule (properties and clients by day), a settings page (profile, notifications, theme, language), and a 404 page.

Technically it does not depend on a framework runtime; behaviour is implemented by native JavaScript modules under assets/js/, with state stored in localStorage. Styling uses Tailwind CSS v4, and the compiled CSS is committed to the repository, so hosting the folder directly is enough to run it. The broker dashboard loads ApexCharts via CDN. The template supports client-side internationalisation, reading JSON dictionaries from assets/i18n/ (English, Spanish, Portuguese) and saving the selection in localStorage; because it uses fetch() to load dictionaries, pages must be accessed over HTTP rather than by double-clicking. It also provides a web manifest and an offline-first service worker, so it can be installed as a PWA; images use seed-addressed Unsplash photos, so the same property always shows the same image.

Regarding usage limitations, login is simulated client-side: any non-empty email and password will log in, and the sample account is [email protected] / demo123; data exists only in browser localStorage, with no backend. Third-party assets such as demo images, fonts and icons must be checked separately under their own licences; the code's MIT licence does not cover these assets. External services such as domains and hosting may incur additional charges. The repository also mentions that React, Vue 3, Angular and Laravel versions of the same real estate system exist as paid versions.

Is it right for your project?

Use Cases

  • Building a property display and search front end for a real estate agency
  • Demonstrating or prototyping a broker back office for property, lead and viewing management
  • Deploying as a purely static site to any static hosting service
  • A real estate website front end that needs language switching

Suitable For

  • Developers who need a free MIT-licensed real estate front-end template
  • Teams that want to build a static site with pure HTML and native JavaScript
  • Developers learning Tailwind CSS v4 and client-side i18n practices
  • Real estate interface prototypes that need previewing without a build step

Getting started & customization

Use these recorded setup notes alongside the repository instructions for your chosen version.

  1. 1

    Start a local server with npx serve . or python -m http.server to access the pages

  2. 2

    Opening the HTML directly by double-clicking disables language switching and the service worker, because HTTP is required

  3. 3

    Optional development mode: run npm install then npm run dev for hot reload

  4. 4

    After changing styles or markup, run npm run build to regenerate the minified stylesheet

  5. 5

    The sample login account is [email protected] / demo123; any non-empty email and password will also log in

Usage conditions & limitations

Free to use · keep license notice

This entry covers the free version under the MIT licence in the public repository; the free scope is the code of this version and does not mean external services or third-party assets are free.

Must comply with when using

  • You may use, modify, commercialise and distribute the code of this version for free.
  • When distributing copies or substantial portions of the code, retain the original author's copyright notice and the full MIT licence notice.
  • The code is provided as is; warranties and limitations of liability are governed by the original licence and applicable law.

Additional costs & items to verify

  • The free scope is limited to this static HTML version; the React, Vue 3, Angular and Laravel versions are paid and are not included in the free offering.
  • The broker dashboard charts depend on ApexCharts loaded from a CDN; charts are unavailable offline or when the CDN cannot be reached.
  • Demo images come from Unsplash and must be checked separately under Unsplash's own licence; the MIT code licence does not cover these image assets.
  • Language switching and the service worker depend on an HTTP environment; these features fail when pages are opened directly as files.
  • Login is purely client-side simulation: any non-empty email and password will log in, and it does not provide real authentication.
  • Property, lead, viewing, favourites and session data are stored only in browser localStorage, with no backend persistence, and will be lost if browser data is cleared.
  • Demo images, fonts, icons and other third-party assets must be checked under their respective licences and cannot be judged solely by the code's MIT licence.
  • External services such as domains, hosting, databases, payments or AI may incur additional charges.

How this score is calculated

Our heuristic uses license records (up to 30), a demo link (12), a preview (10), stars (15), recorded maintenance (15), description completeness (8), feature records (5) and classification data (5). It is not a code, security or performance test, or a Google score. A link does not establish tested functionality.

A demo link is listed. Check it with your own content and viewport sizes; its presence does not confirm that forms, authentication or payments work.

The catalog identifies HTML as the primary stack. Check the actual dependency manifest and lockfile for versions and hosting requirements. These notes use recorded metadata, not a code audit or a deployment test.

A real estate template as plain HTML, with no framework and no build step required to run it. It has a public property portal with search, filters, a property page and a favourites list, plus a broker area for managing listings, leads and visits. Behaviour is vanilla JavaScript modules in `assets/js/`, state is kept in `localStorage`, and the Tailwind CSS v4 build is already committed, so serving the folder is enough.

Live preview: https://template.dev.br/preview/realestate-html/

## Pages included

15 HTML files at the repository root:

- `index.html`: portal home with featured listings, search bar and neighbourhood highlights
- `imoveis.html`: listing search with filters for type, price, bedrooms, area and city, plus sorting
- `imovel.html`: property page with photo gallery, amenities, map area, agent card and contact form
- `favoritos.html`: saved properties, persisted in `localStorage`
- `sobre.html` and `contato.html`: institutional pages
- `login.html`, `registro.html`, `esqueci-senha.html`: authentication screens
- `app.html`: broker dashboard with listing, lead and visit counters plus charts
- `app-imoveis.html`: listing management with create, edit and status changes
- `app-leads.html`: lead pipeline with source, stage and follow-up
- `app-visitas.html`: visit schedule by day, with property and client
- `app-configuracoes.html`: profile, notifications, theme and language
- `not-found.html`: 404 page

## Tech stack

- HTML5 and vanilla JavaScript modules, no framework runtime
- Tailwind CSS v4, compiled with the Tailwind CLI (the output is committed)
- ApexCharts loaded from CDN on the broker dashboard
- `localStorage` persistence for listings, leads, visits, favourites and session
- Installable PWA: web manifest plus an offline-first service worker
- Client-side i18n reading JSON dictionaries from `assets/i18n/` (en, es, pt-BR)
- Curated Unsplash photography addressed by seed, so the same listing always shows the same photo
- Vite 6 as an optional dev server with hot reload

## Requirements

A modern browser is enough to open the pages. Node.js 18 or newer is only needed for the optional tooling (dev server and CSS rebuild).

## Getting started

```bash
npx serve .
# or: python -m http.server
```

Opening the `.html` files straight from disk mostly works, but the language switcher loads its JSON dictionaries with `fetch()` and the service worker needs HTTP, so a local server is the reliable option.

For development with hot reload:

```bash
npm install
npm run dev
```

Demo credentials (client-side only):

- `[email protected]` / `demo123`

Any non-empty email and password logs in; the pair above is the account suggested on the login screen and the one the seed data belongs to.

## Build for production

```bash
npm run build   # rebuilds the minified stylesheet
```

The compiled CSS is committed, so this step is only needed after changing styles or markup. To deploy, copy the folder to any static host.

## Theming and customization

`assets/css/app.css` is the Tailwind v4 CSS-first entry point: it imports Tailwind, declares `@source` globs for the root HTML files and `assets/js`, defines the dark variant and holds the design tokens under `@theme`, including the brand color ramp and the `--tx-` surface tokens. The compiled `assets/css/tailwind.css` is committed, so a rebuild is only needed after editing styles or markup. Listing photos resolve through a seeded helper in `assets/js/data.js`, and a CSS fallback keeps captions readable when an image fails to load.

## Internationalization

Three locales live in `assets/i18n/`. `assets/js/i18n.js` fetches the JSON dictionary, translates every `[data-i18n]` node and stores the choice in `localStorage`. Prices and areas are formatted per locale. Because it uses `fetch()`, the pages need to be served over HTTP rather than opened from disk.

## The same system in other stacks

The same real estate system exists in five stacks, all sharing the screens and the visual identity. This static HTML build is the free one; the React, Vue 3, Angular and Laravel builds are paid, at https://template.dev.br
