Template Details

This is a pure HTML personal portfolio template. The repository describes it as the author's personal portfolio, and the README positions it as a "simple, no excess baggage" template built with HTML and Flexbox, noting that a small amount of JavaScript may be added in the future. The page is organized as a single page with 8 customizable sections: Jumbotron (top banner), About, Experience, Education, Project, Skills, Contact, and Footer. For each section, the README provides the corresponding HTML snippet and where to modify it. For example, the banner section modifies the h1 and p inside jumbotron-text; experience and education use a card structure; projects use a project-card structure containing an image, title, description, and link; skills are added or removed as a ul/li list; the contact form's action points to a Formspree address; and the footer is editable copyright text. The repository's to-do list shows that the responsive layout and the "scroll to top" button are complete, while other effects have not yet been implemented. The README does not provide installation steps, build tools, or a dependency list, so usage should be understood as directly editing the HTML file.

Is it right for your project?

Use Cases

  • Individual developers or students organizing and publishing their own portfolio page
  • As practice material for learning HTML and Flexbox layout
  • Quickly replacing copy and images on an existing static page to generate a personal homepage
  • Deploying directly as a static GitHub Pages site

Suitable For

  • Developers who want to maintain a personal portfolio in pure HTML without introducing a front-end framework
  • Beginners who need a simple, readable template to practice page structure and styling
  • Personal homepage needs where text and images can be quickly replaced before going live

Getting started & customization

Use these recorded setup notes alongside the repository instructions for your chosen version.

  1. 1

The repository provides no installation or build instructions; simply edit the HTML file directly

  2. 2

The contact form's action must be replaced with your own Formspree endpoint; its quota and fees must be checked separately

  3. 3

Third-party assets such as demo images, fonts, and icons must be checked against their respective licenses and cannot be judged solely by the code's MIT license

  4. 4

When using or distributing this version of the code, retain the original author's copyright notice and the full MIT license notice

How this score is calculated

Our heuristic uses license records (up to 30), a demo link (12), a preview (10), stars (15), recorded maintenance (15), description completeness (8), feature records (5) and classification data (5). It is not a code, security or performance test, or a Google score. A link does not establish tested functionality.

What to verify for this project

A demo link is listed. Check it with your own content and viewport sizes; its presence does not confirm that forms, authentication or payments work.

The catalog identifies HTML as the primary stack. Check the actual dependency manifest and lockfile for versions and hosting requirements. These notes use recorded metadata, not a code audit or a deployment test.

This repo is a easily customizable personal portfolio template. Feel free to use it as-is or customize it as much as you want. I wanted to build a very simple template without any unnecessary bloat.
