Template Details
bootstrap-konkon is a personal website theme project by the author of Studio KonKon, built on Bootstrap. The repository is publicly available under the MIT license for others to use for their own content or educational purposes. The README states that it is a personal project, used by the author for their own website, while welcoming others to use it.
For usage, the project installs dependencies via npm (npm install), and the documentation requires GoHugo to view. The repository provides compiled CSS and JS files (dist/css/studio-konkon.min.css, dist/js/studio-konkon.min.js), which can be referenced via jsDelivr. The demo site is at https://play.studiokonkon.com/, deployed on Netlify.
Limitations to note: the author explicitly states no plans to test or support dark mode, and custom components have not been validated for dark mode; third-party assets such as images, fonts, and icons in the demo need to be checked separately under their respective licenses, as the MIT license covers only the code itself.

How this score is calculated
Our heuristic uses license records (up to 30), a demo link (12), a preview (10), stars (15), recorded maintenance (15), description completeness (8), feature records (5) and classification data (5). It is not a code, security or performance test, or a Google score. A link does not establish tested functionality.

A demo link is listed. Check it with your own content and viewport sizes; its presence does not confirm that forms, authentication or payments work.
The catalog identifies HTML as the primary stack. Check the actual dependency manifest and lockfile for versions and hosting requirements. These notes use recorded metadata, not a code audit or a deployment test.

Bootstrap already supports "Dark Mode", however, any changes and custom components I create is not tested for use in "Dark Mode" and may not support it either. I'm sorry but I won't be planning any testing or support for dark mode. It's not that I hate it but simply that dark mode causes eye strain and it's difficult for me to work with. It only takes up to 3 seconds and I get an instant migraine, blurred vision and feeling sick. Light mode has never been an issue and even in the dark, light mode does not burn my eyes as others claim happens to them (maybe they have their brightness set at 100% or at least above 40%). I've already seen a doctor and optician and they say it's simply the shape of the eye, how light enters and how the brain processes that light; There's nothing I can do about it except wear darkened glasses that darkens white text on black. Kind of pointless, really. Unfortunately, dark mode is impossible for me to work with and neither do I need it. This is only a personal project but anyone is welcome to share their "Dark Mode" code. ## Thanks <a href="https://getbootstrap.com/"> <img src="https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/assets/brand/bootstrap-logo-shadow.png" alt="Bootstrap logo" width="48" height="40"> </a> Thanks to [Bootstrap](https://getbootstrap.com/) for providing the framework that allows us to create our website themes and layouts <a href="https://www.netlify.com/"> <img src="https://www.netlify.com/v3/img/components/full-logo-light.svg" alt="Netlify" width="147" height="40"> </a> Thanks to [Netlify](https://www.netlify.com/) for providing us with Deploy Previews! ## Copyright and license Code released under the [MIT License](https://github.com/StudioKonKon/bootstrap-konkon/blob/master/LICENSE). ### Disclaimer <b>The use of Bootstrap in our content is unofficial and not approved or endorsed by Bootstrap nor is it associated or connected to Bootstrap.</b> "Bootstrap" "Bootstrap logo" are intellectual properties and branding of Bootstrap, Copyright © Bootstrap, MIT. <b>Netlify</b> and their respective logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Netlify.
