What stands out
A quick read of the recorded project description.
Primarily Server Components by default, with only interactive sections using "use client"
Tailwind CSS 4 uses CSS-first configuration, with design tokens centralized in globals.css
Built-in shadcn/ui Button, Card, and Badge, with more components addable via the CLI
The bun run setup interactive script can rename the project, set the default theme, and generate AI assistant context files
Provides a multi-stage Dockerfile (standalone output) and a CI workflow for type checking, linting, and builds
Template Details
create-next-landing is a landing page template published by nimbuslab, built with the Next.js App Router and Server Components, styled with Tailwind CSS 4, using UI components from shadcn/ui (new-york style), Lucide icons, and theme switching provided by next-themes, with dark mode by default.
The page consists of nine independent sections: a fixed navigation bar (with a mobile menu), a Hero (title, CTA, and copyable code snippet), six feature cards, a three-step process explanation, four example project showcases, tech stack badges, an eight-item FAQ accordion, a closing CTA, and a footer. The sections are independent of one another; to remove one, you only need to delete the file, its export in index.ts, and its reference in page.tsx. By default, only the header, hero, how-it-works, faq, cta, and theme-related components are marked as client components, while features, showcase, tech-stack, and footer remain Server Components.
The project provides a bun run setup interactive script to change the project name in package.json, adjust the default theme in layout.tsx, and generate the corresponding context file for the chosen AI assistant. The repository includes a multi-stage Dockerfile (with Next output set to standalone) and a CI workflow that runs type checking, linting, and builds.
Before use, note the following: the template is not published to npm and must be obtained via the nimbuslab CLI or bunx degit; the showcase section uses remote Unsplash images, which need to be replaced with your own assets; and the metadataBase, openGraph, and canonical in layout.tsx still point to the template repository and must be updated to your actual domain. According to the README roadmap, the public demo site, Portuguese documentation, original showcase images, and CI accessibility checks are not yet complete.
Is it right for your project?
Use Cases
- Quickly building a single-page website for a new enterprise product or service
- Serving as a starter project for the Next.js App Router and Server Components
- Enterprise sites that need dark mode and a shadcn/ui component foundation
- Static showcase landing pages deployed via Docker or Vercel
Suitable For
- Front-end developers familiar with React and Next.js
- Enterprise website projects that need a decomposable section structure
- Teams using Bun or willing to switch to a Bun workflow
- Projects that want to modify and use commercially under the MIT license
Getting started & customization
Use these recorded setup notes alongside the repository instructions for your chosen version.
- 1
The template is not published to npm; obtain it with bunx @nimbuslab/cli create <name> --landing or bunx degit nimbuslab/create-next-landing <name>
- 2
After installation, run bun run setup to set the project name, default theme (dark/light/system), and AI assistant configuration file
- 3
Scripts uniformly use bun run <script>, because bun 1.3's bun build invokes the native bundler instead of package.json scripts
- 4
Replace the remote Unsplash images in showcase.tsx, and update the metadataBase, openGraph, and canonical in layout.tsx that point to the template repository
- 5
During Docker builds, dependencies are installed with bun, but building and running use node, because next build encounters SIGILL when run with bun inside the container
License & source material
Usage conditions & limitations
Free to use · keep license noticeThis entry covers the free version under the MIT license in the public repository; the free scope is the code of that version and does not mean external services or third-party assets are free.
Must comply with when using
- You may use, modify, commercially use, and distribute the code of this version for free.
- When distributing copies or substantial portions of the code, retain the original author's copyright notice and the complete MIT license notice.
- The code is provided as is; warranties and limitations of liability are governed by the original license and applicable law.
Additional costs & items to verify
- The template package is not published to npm and cannot be installed via npm; it can only be obtained through the nimbuslab CLI or bunx degit.
- The showcase section uses remote Unsplash images; these images are not covered by the project's licensing and must be replaced with your own assets before publishing.
- The metadataBase, openGraph, and canonical in layout.tsx point to the template repository by default and must be changed to your actual domain before going live.
- During Docker builds, dependencies are installed with bun, but building and running must use node, because next build encounters SIGILL when run with bun inside the container.
- Under bun 1.3, scripts must be executed with bun run <script>; using bun build directly invokes the native bundler and causes an error.
- Demo images, fonts, icons, and other third-party assets must be checked against their respective licenses and cannot be judged solely by the code's MIT license.
- External services such as domains, hosting, databases, payments, or AI may incur additional charges.

How this score is calculated
Our heuristic uses license records (up to 30), a demo link (12), a preview (10), stars (15), recorded maintenance (15), description completeness (8), feature records (5) and classification data (5). It is not a code, security or performance test, or a Google score. A link does not establish tested functionality.

## Por que create-next-landing
- **Nove seções prontas**: header fixo, hero, features, how it works, showcase, tech stack, FAQ, CTA e footer, todas responsivas e com dark mode
```bash
bunx @nimbuslab/cli create minha-landing --landing
cd minha-landing
bun run dev
```
`ARCHITECTURE.md`, `EXAMPLES.md`, `.cursorrules` e
`.github/copilot-instructions.md`) e inicializa o Git.
### Clonando o template direto
```bash
bunx degit nimbuslab/create-next-landing minha-landing
cd minha-landing
bun install
bun run dev
```
Abra [http://localhost:3000](http://localhost:3000).
## Quick start
Depois de instalar, rode o setup interativo:
```bash
bun run setup
```
Ele pergunta o nome do projeto, o tema padrão (`dark`, `light` ou `system`) e
qual assistente de IA você usa. Em seguida:
- reescreve o campo `name` do `package.json`;
- troca o `defaultTheme` em `src/app/layout.tsx`;

## Adicionando componentes
O template já traz Button, Card e Badge. Para o resto do catálogo:
```bash
bunx --bun shadcn@latest add form
bunx --bun shadcn@latest add dialog
bunx --bun shadcn@latest add accordion
```
## Deploy
### Vercel
[](https://vercel.com/new/clone?repository-url=https://github.com/nimbuslab/create-next-landing)
Ou pela linha de comando:
```bash
bunx vercel
```
### Docker
Next:
```bash
docker build -t minha-landing .
docker run -p 3000:3000 minha-landing
```
### Outras plataformas

Sim. Troque `bun run` pelo comando equivalente. O template é testado com Bun.
**Preciso da CLI da nimbuslab?**
Não. O `bunx degit` entrega o mesmo template. A CLI acrescenta a configuração
`src/components/landing/showcase.tsx` usa fotos remotas do Unsplash,
liberadas em `next.config.ts` via `images.remotePatterns`. Troque pelas suas
antes de publicar.
