Template Details

This template is a frontend implementation of a customer support system, using Angular 19 standalone components and Tailwind CSS v4. The README states that it covers both sides of the help desk: the customer-facing part includes the help center home page (search box, popular articles, and categories), knowledge base list and category filtering, article details (with helpfulness voting and related articles), a submit ticket form (category, priority, and attachments), ticket lookup by number with a status timeline, and About, Contact, and Login/Register/Forgot Password pages. The agent-facing part includes a dashboard (open tickets by status, SLA risk, volume charts, and agent load), ticket queue (filter by status, priority, team, and assignee), ticket details (conversation, internal notes, status and priority changes, assignment, and tags), knowledge base management (create, edit, publish, and unpublish articles), agent directory (teams, load, and resolution statistics), and a settings page (profile, teams, SLA, notifications, theme, and language). The README states there are 17 routes in total, located under src/app/pages/.

Ticket, article, and session data are stored in Angular services backed by signals, so the application runs without a backend; authentication is simulated in an Angular service, and the README gives the demo credentials as [email protected] / demo123, noting that any non-empty email and password can also log in. On the technical stack, the README lists Angular 19 standalone components and the new control flow syntax, Tailwind CSS v4 built via @tailwindcss/postcss, TypeScript 5.6 in strict mode, Angular signals, Angular Router with lazy-loaded routes and authGuard, @angular/service-worker for PWA builds, Transloco for internationalization (en, es, pt-BR), ApexCharts via ng-apexcharts, TanStack Angular Table for the ticket queue, and reactive forms for ticket submission and settings.

Regarding limitations, the README does not provide integration instructions for a backend API, database, or real authentication, nor does it describe production deployment, performance, or accessibility details. Theme customization is done in CSS, Tailwind defines design tokens via @theme, dark mode is a class on the root element toggled and persisted by the ui service; ticket status and priority colors are data in the service, and adding new statuses is a data change rather than a template change. The README also mentions that the same customer service system is implemented in four other stacks: React, Vue 3, Laravel, and static HTML; this Angular version is the free version, while the others are paid versions.

AngularBackend

Is it right for your project?

Use Cases

  • Demonstrating or prototyping the complete frontend flow of a customer service ticket system
  • Needing a frontend template that runs without a backend for frontend development and UI adjustments
  • Starting customer service projects that require multiple languages (en, es, pt-BR) and dark mode
  • Needing an interface reference that presents both the customer help center and the agent workspace perspectives

Suitable For

  • Developers who want to build a customer service frontend with Angular 19 and Tailwind CSS v4
  • Teams that need ready-made help center and ticket management interfaces for demos or further development
  • Customer service frontend projects that need multilingual support and dark mode
  • Scenarios where the frontend interface needs to be developed first without connecting to a backend

Getting started & customization

Use these recorded setup notes alongside the repository instructions for your chosen version.

  1. 1

    Requires Node.js 18 or higher; Angular CLI comes from local devDependencies

  2. 2

    Run npm install to install dependencies, and npm start to launch the dev server at http://localhost:4200

  3. 3

    Authentication is simulated; the demo credentials are [email protected] / demo123, and any non-empty email and password can also log in

  4. 4

    npm run build outputs a production build to dist/; the service worker is enabled in the production configuration, and the PWA should be tested against the build output rather than ng serve

How this score is calculated

Our heuristic uses license records (up to 30), a demo link (12), a preview (10), stars (15), recorded maintenance (15), description completeness (8), feature records (5) and classification data (5). It is not a code, security or performance test, or a Google score. A link does not establish tested functionality.

A demo link is listed. Check it with your own content and viewport sizes; its presence does not confirm that forms, authentication or payments work.

The catalog identifies Angular as the primary stack. Check the actual dependency manifest and lockfile for versions and hosting requirements. These notes use recorded metadata, not a code audit or a deployment test.

A support desk front end built with Angular 19 standalone components and Tailwind CSS v4. It has both sides of a help desk: a customer-facing help center where visitors browse the knowledge base, open a ticket and track it by reference, and an agent workspace with a ticket queue, ticket detail with replies and internal notes, knowledge base management and an agent directory. Tickets, articles and the session live in Angular services backed by signals, so the app runs without a backend.

- New ticket (`/abrir-chamado`): submission form with category, priority and attachments
- Track ticket (`/acompanhar`): lookup by reference showing the status timeline
- About (`/sobre`) and Contact (`/contato`): institutional pages
- Login, Register and Forgot password: authentication screens
- Dashboard (`/app`): open tickets by status, SLA at risk, volume charts and agent load
- Tickets (`/app/tickets`): queue with filters by status, priority, team and assignee
- Ticket detail (`/app/tickets/:id`): conversation, internal notes, status and priority changes, assignment and tags
- Knowledge base management (`/app/base-conhecimento`): create, edit, publish and unpublish articles
- Agents (`/app/agentes`): agent directory with team, load and resolution stats
- Settings (`/app/configuracoes`): profile, teams, SLA, notifications, theme and language
- Not found: 404 page

## Tech stack

- Angular 19 with standalone components and the new control flow syntax
- Tailwind CSS v4 built through `@tailwindcss/postcss`
- TypeScript 5.6 in strict mode
- Angular signals for the ticket, knowledge base, auth and ui services
- Angular Router with lazy routes and an `authGuard` on the agent area
- `@angular/service-worker` 19.2 for the PWA build
- Transloco 8.3 for i18n (en, es, pt-BR)
- ApexCharts 5 via ng-apexcharts on the dashboard
- TanStack Angular Table 8.21 for the ticket queue
- Reactive forms for ticket submission and settings

## Requirements

- Node.js 18 or newer
- npm (the Angular CLI comes from the local devDependencies)

## Getting started

```bash
npm install
npm start      # ng serve at http://localhost:4200
```

Authentication is simulated in an Angular service, so no backend is required. Demo credentials:

- `[email protected]` / `demo123`

Any non-empty email and password logs in; the pair above is the account suggested on the login screen and the one the seed data belongs to.

## Build for production

```bash
npm run build
```

The Angular CLI writes the production build to `dist/`. The service worker is enabled in the production configuration, so test the PWA against the built output rather than `ng serve`.

## Theming and customization

Tailwind CSS v4 is configured in CSS. The stylesheet imports Tailwind, declares the dark variant and defines the design tokens inside `@theme`: the Outfit font family, extra breakpoints and the brand color ramp, with semantic surface tokens under the `--tx-` prefix. Dark mode is a class on the root element, toggled by the ui service and persisted. Ticket status and priority colors are data on the service, so adding a status is a data change rather than a template change.

## Internationalization

Three locales ship in `public/assets/i18n/`: English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Transloco loads them at runtime and the header switcher persists the choice.
