Template Details
This is a Vite starter template for Vue 3 and TypeScript, using ant-design-vue for the UI layer. The repository splits common engineering configuration by directory: Vite plugins are placed in build/vite/plugin, proxy configuration in build/vite/proxy, unit tests in tests, and API mocks in mock. Application-side code is organized by entry (src/main), routing (src/router), state management (src/store), pages (src/views), composables (src/hook), components (src/components), utilities and common modules (src/common, src/utils), and internationalization (src/language). The template supports JSX/TSX and <script setup> syntax. The README's startup method is to first run yarn to install dependencies, then run yarn serve to start the development server. The README also notes that <script setup> was still at the RFC stage at the time, and provides two editor configuration approaches in VSCode—Vetur and Volar—as well as steps to make TypeScript correctly recognize .vue import types. The repository uses the MIT license, allowing free use, modification, commercial use, and distribution of this version of the code, but third-party assets such as demo images, fonts, and icons require separate license verification.
Is it right for your project?
Use Cases
- Starting a mid-to-back-office project that requires a Vue 3 + TypeScript + Vite combination
- Building interfaces directly with the ant-design-vue component library
- Organizing routing, state, internationalization, mocking, and test code according to agreed directory conventions
- Writing components using JSX/TSX or <script setup> in a project
Suitable For
- Frontend developers familiar with Vue 3 and TypeScript
- Teams that need to quickly set up a management-backend-style frontend project
- Projects that accept organizing Vite configuration and business code through directory conventions
- Developers using VSCode who are willing to configure Vetur or Volar as described in the README
Getting started & customization
Use these recorded setup notes alongside the repository instructions for your chosen version.
- 1
Use yarn to install dependencies, then run yarn serve to start the development server
- 2
The README recommends VSCode and describes two editor configuration approaches: Vetur and Volar
- 3
When using <script setup>, the README recommends switching to Volar and disabling Vetur
- 4
If accurate types for .vue imports are needed, the README provides additional configuration steps for Volar or Vetur
- 5
Third-party assets such as demo images, fonts, and icons require separate license verification under their respective licenses

How this score is calculated
Our heuristic uses license records (up to 30), a demo link (12), a preview (10), stars (15), recorded maintenance (15), description completeness (8), feature records (5) and classification data (5). It is not a code, security or performance test, or a Google score. A link does not establish tested functionality.

A demo link is listed. Check it with your own content and viewport sizes; its presence does not confirm that forms, authentication or payments work.
The catalog identifies Vue as the primary stack. Check the actual dependency manifest and lockfile for versions and hosting requirements. These notes use recorded metadata, not a code audit or a deployment test.

```
## Recommended IDE Setup
[VSCode](https://code.visualstudio.com/) + [Vetur](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=octref.vetur). Make sure to enable `vetur.experimental.templateInterpolationService` in settings!
### If Using `<script setup>`
[`<script setup>`](https://github.com/vuejs/rfcs/pull/227) is a feature that is currently in RFC stage. To get proper IDE support for the syntax, use [Volar](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=johnsoncodehk.volar) instead of Vetur (and disable Vetur).
## Type Support For `.vue` Imports in TS
Since TypeScript cannot handle type information for `.vue` imports, they are shimmed to be a generic Vue component type by default. In most cases this is fine if you don't really care about component prop types outside of templates. However, if you wish to get actual prop types in `.vue` imports (for example to get props validation when using manual `h(...)` calls), you can use the following:
### If Using Volar
Run `Volar: Switch TS Plugin on/off` from VSCode command palette.
### If Using Vetur
1. Install and add `@vuedx/typescript-plugin-vue` to the [plugins section](https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig#plugins) in `tsconfig.json`
2. Delete `src/shims-vue.d.ts` as it is no longer needed to provide module info to Typescript
3. Open `src/main.ts` in VSCode
4. Open the VSCode command palette
5. Search and run "Select TypeScript version" -> "Use workspace version"
